CITY INTRODUCE SALARY CAP...

Pioneering international football brand City of Manchester has introduced a new salary cap. The tasty tifters are based on the ‘caps’ traditionally awarded to players when representing their country. However, at City they will be presented to players who achieve the £150,000 per week salary milestone.
“The salary cap reflects the times we live in”, droned City PR guru Gary Crook. “The pride in banking that first obscenely large cheque can be recalled every time the asset in question looks at his mock Tudor mantelpiece”, Crook continued, dribbling. “It’s all about the Benjamins...”
