DELIVERY - PAYMENT - RETURNS
some sites give you all sorts of detailed breakdowns of when you should expect your item(s) to be delivered, dependent on your postcode, their stocking policies etc etc. we won’t. instead, we’ll stick with the more traditional “please allow up to 28 days for delivery”, as we are confident we can keep that promise.
if for any reason your order is likely to take longer than that to reach you, we’ll let you know as soon as we can. we would hope that many orders will be despatched much quicker than that, so if you need a shirt quickly (eg as a present), please get in touch and we’ll let you know asap if we think we can fit in with your timetable.
Stocking policy - our stocking policy works something like this.
if when choosing your size, you see all standard sizes showing, either all sizes are in stock and ready for immediate despatch, or will be in stock shortly (meaning we are confident we can meet our guarantee of delivery within 28 days).
if most sizes are showing, but one or two aren’t, it means that it may be a little while before that particular size is back in stock. if this is the case regarding the size you’re after, we recommend you email us click here, and we’ll advise you when that size will be back in, or whether another size may be viable
if only seemingly random sizes are showing, this normally indicates a limited edition design, where once the sizes indicated have sold out, it will be deleted. once again, please email us click here with any questions in such cases

you will receive email confirmation of your order being (1) received, and (2) despatched.
we will always endeavour to deal promptly with any additional email enquiries.
we want every goalfood shirt we despatch to be cherished. if this is not the case, and you return the item within 7 days of receipt (with order details and reason for return attached), we will arrange an exchange or refund, as long as the shirt is in the same condition as when it was despatched.
